 Language: how do we know it is a film poster? What impact do the key conventions have on the audience
We know this is a film poster as the actors and directors names are under the film title. The film title is the largest text so it signifies its importance and shows its a film poster. The title is in a contrasting colour to the rest of the text which clearly communicates its the title. The black smoke and red fire in the background connotes danger and darkness. The image suggest the film has elements of action and horror.


Industries: who are the companies behind the film? Who directs or stars in the film? Who is making money from this media product?

'Train To Busan' is a Splendid Studios Film starring Yoo Gong and it made $92,754,562 in worldwide box office and production budget of  KRW10,000,000,000.


Audience: who is the target audience for this film? How can we tell?

The target audience from this film is probably teenager the average age range would be around 15-30. The target gender would be more masculine then feminine because it includes blood and fighting but it might be appealing towards women because of their cast as actor Yoo Gong as he is a popular actor and a very handsome human.

Representation: what representation of people or groups can we find in this poster? What does it tell the audience?

 There are a few people in the poster which can be interpreted in different ways. There is a guy in front could be a stereotype as most action heroes are males. The train in the background can connote danger, ending or starting and as the people are in front of the train and must closer and more focused so it might mean that it starts on a train and ends on a train like a full loop.
