A voyeuristic pleasure is when Susan and the Doctor fight also when Ian gets electrocuted. The visceral pleasure would be when they had seen the TARDIS move from one time period to another also when Ian got electrocuted and a Vicarious pleasure is when they time travelled at the end.

The BBC are funded by tv licensed and merchandise sold of shoes like doctor who.
5) Who regulates the BBC and what is the watershed?
Ofcom regulate the BBC and the watershed are shows that are not child friendly that are only allowed to be shown after 9pm.
